were in the ideal position- a thriving brick-and-mortar business
with many customers already making orders long distance. It
was time to augment that business on the web. For their web
presence they wanted to branch out by using a catchier name,
one that would match their growing diversity of products-
encompassing tile, engineered laminates, ready made stair
parts, and new materials. They settled on floorings.com.
This logo reflects the company's preference
for a simple, elegant European look, gets the message of floorings
across without being specific to wood, and is catchy and easy
to see onscreen.
